Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Returns: Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges: If eligible, we will replace the item with a new one. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
