Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products. To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and order details. Once verified, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Returns: Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges: If eligible, we will replace the item with a new one. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
